Both the seats in my 2002 BMW 530i were twisted. At first just the driver side had a problem with the backrest, then the seat base had a problem. Finally a few months later the problem spread to the passenger side. I spent a lot of time trying to get BMW to fix this problem since in my opinion this was a flaw in their design. I did not get very far with this....months went by and I got frustrated since the posture on the seat for me was not at all comfortable. I even thought about selling the car. I am glad, I ran into Paul's advertisement on the internet.
At first I was hesitant in working with someone on the internet but after talking with Paul, I was convinced that he was a genuine. I purchased Paul's video which goes into each step in detail as you see Paul fix a seat from start to finish. He also goes into details on what tools you will need as well. Additionally, Paul was available to answer questions I had on the phone and troubleshoot any minor differences that I may have had in my specific vehicle. In most situations when I would call Paul, he would pick up the phone or call me back very quickly.
I repaired both the seats and they work great. The first seat ( I started with the passenger side) took me 2.5 hours and the second one took about 1.5 hours. The only cost to me was the cost of the video and a few tools that I did not already own.
It was a pleasure working with Paul and I would highly recommend Paul's video to anyone who has the seat twist problem. Don't pay the dealer the high $'s to fix this and rest assured that you can indeed do this yourself with Paul's help. I am not very experienced and this was the first job I have ever attempted to do on any car. This has increased my confidence and I have purchased a service manual now and I plan on doing more regular maintenance work on the car myself.

Best regards,

I can vouch for the value of Paul’s video. It is very straightforward, clear, accurate (you can’t fail) but you must have the inclination, courage, some strength and perseverance and a couple hours or more (for me a fairly capable monkey).
I have done 4 repairs and would be happy to do more. I imagine the majority of BMW owners would like Paul to have a large country-wide workforce. I am pretty much retired in Phoenix, but am thinking it is a great way to save people lots of money.

I purchased this video from you last year, and just wanted to say what a great fix it was. Definitely worth the $40 we paid, and now those dealerships can just kiss my trunk.
Thanks, Debby C.

This is an incredible fix!
